The Developmental Learning Center (DLC) is a faith-based inclusion nonprofit child care center for children of all abilities, with and without developmental delays, where each child is taught at their own pace.

The Developmental Learning Center (DLC) offers Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC). We
are a non-residential
nursing care facility for children with moderate to complex medical needs providing quality
nursing care in a fun,
stimulating environment for children from 6 weeks through 5 years of age.

Enrollment Is Easy!
After an initial assessment, we coordinate with you, your child's physician and eQHealth to
determine
a Plan of Care that will help ensure a positive outcome in your child's care. PPEC services
are covered by Medicaid,
Medicaid HMOs, and CMS Network. We handle all billing paperwork directly. Private Pay
accepted.

Children who have an ongoing medical condition that requires nursing services may be
eligible to attend DLC PPEC. Anyone
